How coaching works here, in plain terms. Your coaching takes place online and follows a weekly rhythm. You complete one check-in each week, including any questions you want me to address. I review your data, how your week went, and the questions in that check-in. At the end of the week, I send your weekly review, answer those questions, and adjust your plan based on what you need next. Questions and requests for new programming are handled through the weekly check-in and weekly review; there is no between-check-in messaging. Coaching runs in 90-day terms, with a full review at the end of each term. There are no group programs or daily check-ins. The system is built around your actual schedule, not an ideal one.
How in-person training works here, in plain terms. Sessions are coached in person and last 45 minutes. Independent-workout programming is outside this service. Pricing is reviewed only after a free coaching session with Kenny if you both want to continue.
16 Does that structure sound like it would work for you? *
Yes, that sounds right
Mostly, but I have questions
I was hoping for something different
Tell us what you had in mind
16a Coaching runs on your participation. How ready are you for the weekly rhythm? *
Check ins, honest updates, small adjustments. There is no wrong answer here. Nerves are normal and worth telling us about.
Ready. That is what I am looking for
Ready, though it will be a new muscle for me
Honestly, I am nervous I will not keep up, and I want help with that too

I would need to see the numbers first
Money is tight, but I want to explore it
Someone else would be part of that decision with me

Health and safety
Worth knowing before you answer. Coaching here is education and support for training, eating structure, recovery, and consistency. It does not replace medical care, physical therapy, injury rehab, or mental health treatment, and it does not include prescribed meal plans, calorie or macro prescriptions, or medical advice. If part of your situation needs a licensed professional, we will say so and help you find the right kind of help.

20 Do you have any injury, pain, health condition, or medical guidance that could affect how you train or eat? *
No, nothing that should affect it
Yes
Not sure
20a Tell us briefly, in whatever words you like. *
A sentence or two is enough. This stays private and just keeps us from pointing you in the wrong direction. If you join, we will cover the details properly before anything is planned.
Private. Seen only by me, the founder.
20b Are you currently working with a professional on it, like a doctor or physical therapist? *
Yes
No
I have been, but not currently
