SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Every Day Athletics LLC (“Every Day Athletics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with coaching applications and coaching services.

Program description

If you voluntarily provide a mobile number and explicitly consent, Every Day Athletics may send low-volume, one-to-one text messages about:

• your coaching application and its status;
• scheduling and call details;
• enrollment and coaching next steps;
• service or account-related updates; and
• replies to questions or customer-care requests.

The program is not used for purchased lists or promotional blasts.

Consent

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing coaching. By selecting the Yes SMS-consent option on the coaching application, you authorize Every Day Athletics to send the messages described above to the mobile number you provide. You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and that you are at least 18 years old.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your application and coaching activity and is expected to be low. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and re-opt in

Reply STOP to opt out of future Every Day Athletics text messages. After an opt-out, Twilio or the carrier may send a confirmation message. XEDA will block future business SMS attempts to that number.

To restore consent after opting out, reply START or UNSTOP. SMS consent is restored only after Twilio or the carrier confirms the re-opt-in. Opting out of SMS does not prevent necessary communication by email or another channel you have requested.

Help

Reply HELP for help. You may also email everydayathletics.health@gmail.com. A HELP request does not enroll you in marketing messages or change your opt-out status.

Changing or disconnecting your number

If you change, transfer, or disconnect your mobile number, please notify us so we can update our records and avoid messaging a later user of that number.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the Every Day Athletics Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers, SMS consent records, and opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated terms at this URL and revise the effective date.
